Overview

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing planning, analytics, and reporting for a multi-state Dental offices. This role ensures financial integrity and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
• Lead strategic financial initiatives and projects for the field.
• Provide oversite of financial performance for all active offices
• Partner with key operational leaders to drive profitability and accountability of financials
• Assist in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with external departments from real estate, analytics etc.
• Mentor and develop finance leaders across the organization.

Work Environment

Office-based with occasional travel to regional offices and clinics across 24 states. Hybrid / Remote work arrangements may be available.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of files or office supplies. Requires extended periods of computer use.

Education

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).

Qualifications/Training
• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
