[Remote] Digital Project Manager (WordPress projects, Remote)

The Digital Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the work for a team of WordPress developers and designers, managing multiple WordPress projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with best practices. Responsibilities • Be in charge of 80+ WordPress sites, this is expected to grow to ~100 in 1-2 years • Coordinate work for a small team of WordPress developers and designers including task management, process management, and ensuring delivery to scheduled targets • Manage WordPress projects inside the entity including workflow, technical solutions, consistency and reusability of components, resources, and deadlines • Handle security, GDPR compliance (ex. cookies, personal information, etc.), backup processes, and best practices in building sites • Ensure the WP sites are updatable by non-technical clients based on architecture and standards determined from the start • Make sure that our site development supports our internal teams doing updates of WordPress sites by themselves, when possible Skills • At least 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency-type environment • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager • Experience managing a small team of WordPress developers throughout their site development cycle • Experience managing a small design team and providing feedback on design outputs • Knowledge of server management such as implementing SSL certificates, setting DNS entries, configuring email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), etc. • Basic knowledge of WordPress for better understanding of the project requirements • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Benefits • Unlimited remote work • Flexible working hours • Fun and rewarding environment with skill and career progression • Paid vacation days • Birthday gifts :) Company Overview • F6S is the world's largest platform for founders.
