Remote Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO / Growth / Performance)
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow online traffic, leads, and revenue across multiple digital channels. This is a fully remote position. You will work closely with founders and product teams on real growth initiatives — not busy work. What You’ll Do • Plan and execute SEO strategies (content, keywords, internal linking, on-page optimization) • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok – depending on experience) • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush • Improve conversion rates across landing pages and funnels • Run experiments and A/B tests to increase traffic and revenue • Report clearly on results, KPIs, and growth opportunities Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years experience in digital marketing • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals • Experience with paid advertising OR growth marketing is a big plus • Ability to read data and make decisions (traffic, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Clear written communication in English Nice to Have (Not Required) • SaaS or startup experience • AI tools experience (ChatGPT, automation, analytics) • Content marketing or CRO background What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • 100% remote work • Flexible schedule (results > hours) • Opportunity to work on fast-growing digital products • Long-term role for the right candidate Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
