Responsibilities
• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
• Manage daily campaign activities in-platform including keyword strategy and budget allocation.
• Develop full-funnel paid search strategies aligned with product and pipeline targets.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics to drive campaign improvements.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
• Manage in-platform budgets for efficient spending across campaigns.
• Lead testing strategies to enhance ad performance and audience targeting.
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging advertising formats and recommend scalable opportunities.
• Stay informed on platform updates and best practices.

Requirements
• Deep expertise in paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven experience in managing B2B paid search budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies and quality score optimization.
• Experience in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable strategies.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organized with multitasking capabilities.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Salesforce reporting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a B2B technology environment.
