The Digital Marketing Coordinator role involves supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, focusing on digital platforms and campaign performance to enhance leasing outcomes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across search, display, and social platformsUpdate campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and geographic settingsUpload and manage ad creative, including images, video, and ad copyAssist with campaign launches for new property acquisitions, lease-ups, and promotionsMonitor campaign performance and flag optimization opportunities to improve lead volume and cost efficiencyOptimize campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager on an ongoing basis to achieve performance goals such as, but not limited to, lead volume, click through rate, cost-per-lead, and conversion ratesConduct keyword research and assist with ongoing search campaign optimizationsCoordinate creative updates and ad refreshes to maintain strong engagement and performanceTrack and report on campaign performance including traffic, leads, CTR, and conversion metricsWork with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with property-level goals and occupancy needsMaintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and account organization across advertising platformsSupport A/B testing initiatives for ad creative, messaging, and targeting strategiesSkills1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or marketing coordinationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is preferredExperience managing or supporting campaigns in Google Ads including search and display campaigns, and in Meta Ads ManagerExperience reviewing campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar reporting toolsKnowledge of digital marketing concepts such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and audience targetingStrong organizational and project management skillsIntermediate experience in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, SearchConsole, Tag Manager, Seach Console, and Business Profile), Meta Ads Manager, and CanvaProficient in Entrata, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop) and video editing in a software of choice (Adobe XD, CapCut, etc.) is preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is preferredProficient in Entrata, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop) and video editing in a software of choice (Adobe XD, CapCut, etc.) is preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision: Highlights include company-paid individual PPO-HSA plan (with $1,200 annual employer contribution); HMO options for California residents.
