Key Responsibilities:
Download, install, and test games on various devices to ensure digital content adheres to Amazon's content policies and quality standards for Luna
Collaborate with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
Identify and advocate process improvement ideas and system enhancements that could increase productivity or quality of our content operations
Play a vital role in helping us meet our daily catalog objectives while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
Content evaluation, game testing, or similar experience in a technology, digital media industry, or equivalent field
Passion for technology, gaming, and experience in the gaming industry
