In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via digital chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via digital chat platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay informed on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a digital chat environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital chat platforms
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
The pay range for this role is:
28.10 - 33.10 USD per hour(Remote (Springfield, Missouri, US))
