[Remote] Digital Business Analyst – Portal / WXP

RAIS USA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Portal and Web Experience Platform expertise to support the design and optimization of customer-facing digital portals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences through comprehensive documentation and analysis of customer journeys. Responsibilities • Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for portal and WXP applications • Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and developers • Create and maintain: • BRD, FRD, SRS • User stories, acceptance criteria • Process flows, wireframes, and site maps • Analyse customer journeys, digital interactions, and personalisation needs • Support CMS, WCM, and WXP integrations • Collaborate with QA and UAT teams for testing and validation • Coordinate portal enhancements, upgrades, and production releases • Ensure alignment with: Digital accessibility standards • SEO best practices • Security and compliance requirements • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) Skills • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience • Strong hands-on experience with Digital Portals • Strong hands-on experience with Web Experience Platforms (WXP) • Strong hands-on experience with CMS/WCM tools • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Liferay, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of Web services, APIs, microservices • Strong understanding of Authentication & authorization (SSO, OAuth) • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence • Proficiency in MS Visio, Lucidchart • Proficiency in SQL (basic to intermediate) • Excellent communication, documentation & stakeholder management skills Company Overview • ️RAIS USA [email protected] raisusa.com +1 608 296 9349 6709 Raymond Rd STE 159, Madison, WI 53719.
