[Remote] Digital Advertising Campaign Manager

The Digital Advertising Campaign Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid media programs for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and effectively communicating results and insights.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop paid media strategies and budget recommendations for clients, to include channel research, budget planning, testing, and expansion ideas
ā¢ Manage client digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other digital channels)
ā¢ Create and present performance reports and campaign analysis, plus provide support for pitches or presentations when needed
ā¢ Leverage web analytics data (such as conversions and ROI) to recommend campaign changes resulting in improved performance
ā¢ Work closely with strategists, analytics, SEO, and creative teams to ensure paid media efforts support broader client initiatives
ā¢ Leverage AI to improve your efficiency as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of your advertising campaigns
ā¢ Interest in regularly following digital media trends, as well as staying on top of new digital advertising tactics or channels
Skills
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of and experience with running advertising in Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta
ā¢ Proven experience owning, optimizing, and reporting on paid media strategies
ā¢ Ability to connect advertising performance to business outcomes and tell a clear story with data
ā¢ Experience developing testing plans, channel mix recommendations, and budget allocation strategies
ā¢ Comfortable leading client-facing conversations and presentations
ā¢ Working knowledge of Google Analytics needed
ā¢ Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully is necessary
ā¢ MS OFFICE skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint
ā¢ Analytical thinker and problem solver, able to produce solutions
ā¢ Works well under pressure and deadlines
ā¢ Independent worker; self-motivated
ā¢ Comfortable to manage a monthly advertising budget across several platforms
ā¢ Certification in Google Ads
ā¢ Certification in Google Analytics
