[Remote] Development and Operations Manager, eXtend a hand
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. eXp Realty is a global full-service real estate brokerage that operates in a fully immersive, cloud office environment. The Development & Operations Manager will lead operational and program initiatives for eXtend a hand Charity, focusing on fundraising campaigns, grant management, and organizational operations while serving as an ambassador for the foundation's mission.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Review hardship grant applications against eligibility guidelines
ā¢ Prepare grant recommendations and participate in shared approval decisions
ā¢ Manage applicant communications and documentation
ā¢ Track approval trends, decline patterns, and turnaround timelines
ā¢ Recommend policy improvements based on application data and community needs
ā¢ Maintain compliant grant records and reporting
ā¢ Execute fundraising campaigns and donor initiatives
ā¢ Support public-facing fundraising activations and community events
ā¢ Represent eXtend a hand in donor, volunteer, and partner engagements
ā¢ Manage donor communication workflows and fulfillment
ā¢ Own donor CRM and reporting systems (Neon CRM and/or HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
ā¢ Maintain dashboards and leadership reporting
ā¢ Prepare board reports and organizational updates
ā¢ Coordinate volunteer programs and engagement efforts
ā¢ Reconcile donation revenue with Finance
ā¢ Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and campaign financial performance
ā¢ Ensure financial accuracy and nonprofit compliance
ā¢ Grant application turnaround time and reporting accuracy
ā¢ Campaign execution accuracy and on-time delivery
ā¢ CRM data integrity and reporting reliability
ā¢ Financial reconciliation accuracy and budget tracking
Skills
ā¢ Strong nonprofit operations or development operations experience
ā¢ Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
ā¢ Comfortable representing eXtend a Hand in public settings (events, donor activations, campaigns)
ā¢ Outgoing, relationship-oriented, and confident engaging with donors, partners, and volunteers
ā¢ Systems-oriented with high execution standards
ā¢ Comfortable working in fast-paced, corporate-supported nonprofit environments
ā¢ Highly organized with strong financial and reporting discipline
ā¢ Neon CRM and/or HubSpot experience strongly preferred
ā¢ Experience with nonprofit CRMs such as Neon CRM and/or HubSpot is a strong plus
