We're seeking an experienced design leader to join our team as a Remote Design Manager, Title & Launch Management. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design group responsible for developing critical project applications that ensure our titles are launched accurately, on-time, and at scale.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performance design teams.
Proven passion for B2B2C/Enterprise-related customer problems and a successful track record of delivering significant products at a global scale.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire, lead, and engage your design team.
Ability to work with ambiguity, bringing thorough design thinking and operational structure to complex and evolving problem spaces.
