About the Role:
Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to set up and create an environment for Mastermind Members to master the Dental Business Operating System
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction
Provide coaching and guidance to Mastermind Members to help them achieve their business goals and objectives
Track program progress, communicate with members, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
Attend bi-weekly team calls, expert training sessions, and complete ongoing training to develop skills and processes
Identify areas of opportunity and strategize ways to improve the Mastermind Member experience
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Dental Operations Manager or Dental General Manager in multi-7-figure or 8-figure offices
Proven track record of creating and executing strategic business plans, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency
Experience as a Trained or Certified Coach, preferably as an EOS Implementer or similar programs
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing business needs, provide quick solutions, and drive impactful results
Commitment to upholding confidentiality, taking ownership, and working with minimal supervision
