Job Summary: We are looking for a part-time Dental Call Center Representative with experience/knowledge in dentistry to assist with inbound lead handling for implant consultations. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. You will handle calls transferred from our AI call center when a live agent is needed. All leads are warm and have opted in for more information. Your goal is to move the lead forward in the pipeline — either by booking a consultation or assigning appropriate follow-up based on the call outcome. Key Responsibilities: Take over inbound calls transferred from our AI call center Engage with leads interested in dental implants using a provided script Book qualified leads for consultations with our partner dental practices Move leads down the pipeline or assign to a follow-up schedule depending on call outcome Accurately log call details and outcomes in the system Qualifications: Experience/Education in the dental industry (e.g. front desk, treatment coordinator, dental assistant, call center) preferred Strong verbal communication and people skills Must have a reliable headset and internet connection Comfortable working remotely and using VOIP/CRM tools Hybrid Pay Structure: $10/hour base pay to be available for calls +$50 per attended consultation you schedule Each dental practice typically books 10–20 consults/month Starting with 1 practice, expanding to 10+ by year-end Significant earning potential as we grow — get in early and grow with us WE ARE OPEN TO ALTERNATIVE, PREFERRED COMPENSATION STYLE - LOOKING FOR TOP TALENT - WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2, $10,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Application Question(s): The work to start will be minimal and dependent on incoming call volume.
