[Remote] Demand Writer (Personal Injury) - Remote

BD&J Injury Lawyers is California’s leading personal injury law firm, and they are currently seeking a skilled and articulate Demand Writer to join their team. The Demand Writer will be responsible for crafting persuasive demand letters based on case facts, medical records, and client narratives to support high-value personal injury cases. Responsibilities • Calculating the total damage sustained by the client in medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, and more. • Draft compelling letters that outline case facts, liability, injuries, treatment, and damages to obtain maximum settlement amount from insurance companies. • Analyze medical records and bills to accurately summarize treatment and calculate damages • Calculate the total damage sustained by the client in medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, and more • Edit and revise drafts based on feedback from attorneys or supervisors Skills • 2+ years related experience in a Personal Injury law firm. • Familiar with reading medical reports and medical bills. • Organized and efficient with high accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent math skills and writing skills. • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.
