This remote position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also provide a fully onsite option.

Key Responsibilities
Employ skip tracing strategies to locate consumers.
Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients.
Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address inquiries.
Investigate and resolve any disputes.
Comply with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collection regulations.
Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues and management.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to follow management guidelines and a proactive approach to learning.
Proficient analytical skills to evaluate account histories.
Consistently meet production goals with a reliable attendance record.
Previous experience in customer service or roles involving public interaction is advantageous.

Qualifications
