Develop precise and well-organized spreadsheets.
Timely enter and update information in relevant databases to keep them current.
Ensure data backups are maintained to protect against loss.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties promptly.
Systematically organize and preserve hard copies of data for easy retrieval.
Support the team with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods while maintaining both accuracy and efficiency.
Competence in touch typing.
