Remote Data Typist

Responsibilities
• Input and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently in our database systems.
• Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data from various sources and stakeholders.
• Assist in creating reports and summaries based on the data entered to support business decisions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries and report issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies regarding data protection.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a data typist or in a similar role, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a focus on detail-oriented data entry.
• Strong knowledge of data management software and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
