Lead technical efforts, overseeing the development of high-quality data solutions and ensuring the effective deployment of data visualizations and statistical analyses.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize and scale data solutions, promoting swift decision-making and increasing opportunities for reuse of data assets.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in technology and a strong understanding of data solutions, with expertise in SQL and the ability to query large and complex datasets effectively.
In-depth experience in Data Modeling and Architecture, with familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques, with experience working with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake (Python or R skills are a plus).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technology, with proven expertise in data solutions and a minimum of 4 years leading complex technology initiatives and influencing organizational strategy.
At least 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact data solutions.
