[Remote] Data Scientist-Graphical Neural Network

Collabera is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist II to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models in a collaborative, cross functional environment. This role focuses on deep learning, graph neural networks, and knowledge graph analysis to generate novel insights from complex data. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence models aligned with business objectives • Develop and refine deep learning models using Python and modern machine learning frameworks • Research and implement Graph Neural Network models for analyzing knowledge graphs and network based data • Apply literature driven and data driven network integration strategies to infer novel insights • Integrate external artificial intelligence programs into internal systems and workflows • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance deployed models to improve accuracy and performance Skills • Doctoral degree in Computational Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • Proficiency in Python programming with hands on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow • Strong understanding of graph neural networks, transformers, and sequential data analysis • Experience deploying artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions in production environments • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills • Experience applying advanced artificial intelligence methods to biological systems or multi omics data • Experience working in cloud computing environments and deploying scalable artificial intelligence solutions • Exposure to additional artificial intelligence frameworks or models such as BERT or LLAMA Benefits • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life insurance • Long-term disability insurance • Short-term disability insurance • Paid parking/public transportation • Paid time off • Paid sick and safe time • Hours of paid vacation time • Weeks of paid parental leave • Paid holidays annually – as applicable Company Overview • Collabera is an end-to-end information technology services and solutions provider helping clients align their business and IT strategies.
