Remote Data Reporting Business Analyst (US)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage statistical and compliance reporting workflows, including data collection and preparation
Extract, analyze, and submit data for regulatory and internal reporting requirements
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and tools to enhance business intelligence and data visibility
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Support data governance efforts and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and external partners
Automate and optimize existing processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities based on data analysis
Lead the design of reporting solutions that support operational functions across departments
Requirements:
Associate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Experience with SQL for reporting, data extraction, and analysis is highly desirable
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms is preferred
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
