Position: Data Management Specialist
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Chief Information Officer
About the Role: As a Data Management Specialist, you will manage and maintain all business-related data to support our customers, vendors, and internal departments. Your role will ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting, playing a key part in our continued operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support electronic communications (EDI) with customers.
Create and maintain periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) for customers, vendors, and departments.
Maintain customer, vendor, and item-related data, including pricing, UPCs, and images.
Collaborate with team members to support various data systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with other data-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience (continuing education may be substituted).
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with modern ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
