Ā Detect and address any local delivery or vendor-related concerns to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Ā Engage in proactive communication with vendors to rectify issues and modify delivery timelines as needed.
Ā Escalate complex challenges to supervisors as appropriate, ensuring rapid resolution.
Ā Partner with cross-functional teams to amend any discrepancies in merchant data.
Ā Gather and synchronize item-level data supplied by merchants with our internal DashMart item identifiers and descriptions.
