Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence Senior Leaders, leveraging strong visualization skills to communicate complex data insights effectively. Navigate the complexities of various Teams and engagements, analyzing historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insights into future performance. Contribute to the innovative development of alternative network designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other initiatives that drive business growth and optimization. Deliver analysis and solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business problem at hand, as well as the broader impact across the business unit and Company. Communicate findings and effects to department and Commercial/Operational Leaders using a tailored communication approach that acknowledges the intended audience and provides recommended actions. Perform other task-related responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders.
