Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our journey. **Job Description** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT Services team, providing top-notch assistance to employees and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, performing data entry tasks, and collaborating with various departments to drive success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Resolving technical issues and closing tickets/work orders * Answering customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contributing to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member * Remotely diagnosing and resolving requests using remote tools * Investigating and collaborating with different departments to assist with system-related issues * Recording customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management * Recovering data from hard disk drives or performing data migration * Supporting remote access for virtual private network connectivity as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Installing and configuring local and network-based printers * Performing preventive maintenance **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 * Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $26/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage * 401(k) program with company contributions * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Inclusive and diverse work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we believe in creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
