Ā Identify various document types based on established guidelines.
Ā Review and validate data to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Ā Uphold the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Ā Collaborate effectively with team members as required.
Ā Propose enhancements to existing processes.
Ā Efficiently complete all assigned tasks.
Required Skills
Ā Highly self-motivated with a strong commitment to work ethic.
Ā Exceptional multitasking abilities and capacity to maintain focus.
Ā Acute attention to detail while ensuring productivity.
Ā Quick learner with the ability to follow diverse instructions.
Ā Strong dedication to maintaining client data confidentiality.
Ā Proficient in reading and speaking English.
Ā Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
