Position Overview

We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to fill our Remote Data Entry Specialist & Talent Analytics Professional position. This unique role combines the precision of data entry with the strategic importance of talent analytics, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both the meticulous nature of data management and the impactful world of HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Talent Data Operations & Insights: Spearhead our talent data initiatives, focusing on strategic partnership and customer-driven products that deliver measurable value to the organization.
Develop Transport Roadmaps: Create and execute comprehensive transport roadmaps that support the development, execution, and advancement of overall talent strategies to meet business objectives.
Provide Actionable Insights: Deliver relevant insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with informed recommendations.
Build Data Models: Develop easily digestible data models that assist teams in making informed decisions quickly and accurately.
Identify Priorities: Determine priorities and develop roadmaps specific to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources for comprehensive analysis.
Enable Strategic Advisory: Empower the Talent team to become strategic advisors with the capacity to directly influence business results through data-driven insights.
Deliver Consultancy Services: Provide expert consultancy, analysis, and insights while developing self-serve tools that enhance team efficiency.
Influence Leadership: Guide leaders on leveraging available insights and drive governance efforts, including business process improvements and accountability management.
Data Entry Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely data entry across various HR and talent systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Reporting & Documentation: Create comprehensive reports and documentation that support organizational decision-making processes.


Essential Qualifications


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge in the business area and understanding of internal data ecosystems.
Strategic Skills Experience: Experience in developing and executing skills strategy, analysis, and insights plans.
Analytical Track Record: Proven track record in delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suite of tools that meet business needs.
