Position Overview

Record Maintenance: Update and maintain electronic records and files, ensuring all information is current, complete, and properly organized within our database systems.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on data entries to ensure compliance with established accuracy standards. Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high-quality work.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions via video conference
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Report any technical issues or system errors to the IT support team promptly


Essential Qualifications


Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Typing Skills: Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
