Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine data entry workflows, improving speed and accuracy.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data processing deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Identify opportunities for automation using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and recommend efficient solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of data‑entry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Generate regular reports on data entry performance metrics and present insights to management.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends and arenaflex’s evolving data platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar data‑focused role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and database querying tools, including basic ETL concepts.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA scripting.
