Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex data management team, you will be responsible for the following duties:


Data Input and Management: Accurately input and update patient information, healthcare records, wellness program data, and organizational metrics into our databases and information management systems. Ensure all data is entered in the correct format and follows established protocols.

Data Verification and Quality Control: Review incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct any errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in the database. Implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.

Data Security and Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and data security protocols, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare information. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex security policies.

Report Generation and Analysis: Generate regular reports, summaries, and data analyses as requested by management. Assist in interpreting data trends and providing insights to support organizational decision-making.

System Maintenance: Participate in system updates, database cleaning, and documentation of data procedures. Assist with testing new data management features and providing feedback for system improvements.

Team Collaboration: Support other team members with data-related tasks, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is required. Previous work in healthcare settings, wellness organizations, or fitness centers is a plus but not required.
