Job Description:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will:
Design, implement, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and models using operations research, statistical, AI, product management, and software skills
Utilize data engineering and software skills to clean data, create data streams and pipelines for models to run, and deploy them to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop new production models and digital solutions
Present results of analyses and models to stakeholders, including upper-level management
Work primarily in Python, SQL, or other coding languages
Develop hypotheses to test and understand what can and cannot be inferred from the results
Mentor and collaborate with other team members
Maintain code standards, participate in code reviews, and document workflows, models, and code
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or other scientifically focused programs preferred
Prior professional use of SQL, Python, R, or other coding languages
Prior professional use of statistical analysis required
0-2 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in airline pricing, yield or revenue management, revenue analysis, revenue systems, or similar role preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Proven ability to perform quantitative analysis and model development independently
Able to apply concepts from economics and pricing management to coding models and analytical products
Able to generalize analytical approaches and products and present insights and actions to upper management effectively
Understanding of operations research, statistical, AI, product management, and software solutions and processes
Able to technically deliver data engineering solutions
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail for reporting and analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, partners, and staff
Work Environment:
This role can be based at our headquarters in Denver, CO, or anywhere in the US through a remote work plan (occasional travel to Denver from a Frontier-serviced city required). If remote, you must have the ability to follow our remote work policies, including proficiency and comfort level working from home with access to a high-speed internet connection.
