Job Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing store network processes, analyzing data from various stakeholders, and providing insights to improve supply chain efficiencies. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will help us streamline our operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee store network processes and ensure stock flow through the delivery network and fulfillment centers by coordinating resolution and answering escalation of daily issues.
Analyze data from various stakeholders to optimize and improve supply chain efficiencies, providing data to the supplier compliance process stream.
Investigate and analyze root causes of daily and raised exceptions related to shipping, receiving, stock, and return-related issues, and provide recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders.
Streamline supply chain execution by determining and supporting a flow path channel from supplier to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders in accordance with supply chain management to ensure sales, in-stock, inventory, productivity, and strategy goals are met.
Track the movement and arrival of merchandise across the supply chain, developing and presenting suggestions to address conflicting objectives.
Identify demand exemptions, disturbances, and supply chain constraints that will impact supply chain execution, and develop and coordinate a resolution.
Impact field-level direction and provide guidance to the execution of tasks by acting as a contact for the field and conveying operational expectations to suppliers and carriers.
Address performance-related issues with stakeholders, address flow management questions and concerns, and identify best practices and instruct teams on variation and execution regarding these best practices.
Oversee supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders.
Present new ways of working initiatives and continuous improvement proposals to leadership, prioritizing item flow design goals and ensuring flow designs are achievable.
Essential Qualifications
Experience in data mining/data analysis
Working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau/Tableau Prep in line with data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain management or a related field
Knowledge of supply chain operations, including inventory management and logistics
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations
