Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries
Assist in generating reports related to shipment activity and customer inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of all data entries and maintain data integrity
Respond to routine inquiries regarding data entry processes and shipment status
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer and company data
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a logistics or shipping company
Excellent typing skills with a high accuracy rate
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A reliable internet connection and a computer setup at home
