As a Remote Data Entry Specialist and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a vital link between our products, our digital presence, and our valued customers. This hybrid role combines data management responsibilities with customer-facing interactions, offering a dynamic and varied workday. You will be responsible for inputting, organizing, and maintaining product information across multiple platforms while simultaneously addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The core working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with some flexibility available for the right candidate. You will need a dedicated quiet workspace equipped with a desktop computer featuring dual monitors to efficiently manage multiple applications and data sets simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following duties:


Data Input and Extraction: Accurately input and extract data from various Excel spreadsheets and web-based platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across multiple systems while ensuring all information is current, accurate, and properly formatted.

Product Creation and Management: Create and configure products for our e-commerce websites, ensuring all product listings are complete, accurate, and optimized for customer discovery. This includes entering product details, specifications, pricing, and inventory information into our content management systems.

Product Research and Verification: Conduct thorough research of product details to ensure all items displayed on our website are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with brand requirements and manufacturer guidelines. You will verify product specifications, certifications, and compliance information.

Image Management: Review, organize, and select high-quality images for new products. You will ensure all product imagery meets arenaflex's quality standards and accurately represents the items available for purchase.

Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive conversions. This includes conducting keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that will help customers find products easily.

Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries professionally by responding to emails and taking phone calls. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to satisfaction.

Error Resolution: Identify and resolve errors on digital marketplaces, ensuring product listings remain accurate and compliant. You will troubleshoot issues related to product information, inventory, and listing discrepancies.

Data Quality Assurance: Review and audit existing data to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors. Implement corrective measures and process improvements to maintain data quality standards.
