## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.
## Duties
- Input and update data into computerized systems
- Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets
- Perform data entry tasks including transcribing, typing, and organizing information
- Create and update Pivot tables as needed
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry
- Assist with order entry processes
- Conduct basic math calculations as required
## Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Strong knowledge of Excel for spreadsheet management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus
