Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analyst, IT Performance Reporting, you will:
Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
Develop reporting and models to drive decisions and strategy
Integrate and manage large data sets to inform stories and provide insights to technology and business leaders
Complete other related projects, as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in an analytical role, developing dashboards and scorecards
Experience using data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
