Key Responsibilities Enter data from images into our data capture system with high accuracy and speed Input data in the prescribed format, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and scan and edit for errors during entry Perform various administrative tasks, such as posting payments, preparing deposits, NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing Maintain incoming and outgoing mail, and enter new business data as time permits Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system Review open tickets to determine the outcome of Help Desk interactions and email responses to customers Ensure that all tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications While prior experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have: Previous I.T.
