Position Overview
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting high volumes of data from multiple sources into arenaflex's database systems with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to timely claims processing, application processing, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting our business operations. Your primary duties will include:


Data Input and Management: Accurately enter customer and account data from various source documents into the appropriate fields within arenaflex's database software systems. You will handle information from multiple channels, ensuring consistency and completeness in all entries.
Quality Control and Error Correction: Utilize appropriate quality control methods to identify and correct errors in entered data. This includes reviewing your own work and that of others to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
Data Verification: Thoroughly review data for discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information. When incomplete documents are identified, you will obtain further information from applicable sources to ensure all data fields are properly completed.
System Issue Reporting: Notify applicable department leadership immediately if the system is not accepting information or if you encounter technical difficulties that impact your ability to perform your duties effectively.
Production Documentation: Maintain a daily production log to accurately document all time and work completed. This tracking ensures transparency and helps management monitor productivity and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new processes, technologies, and best practices for data entry and quality assurance.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support team goals and organizational objectives.


Required Skills and Competencies

Exceptional Typing Skills: Must have excellent alpha and number recognition skills with the ability to key at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 words per minute). Accuracy is just as important as speed.
Speed and Accuracy: Must be able to work quickly and accurately under minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail in every entry.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments as needed.
Independent and Team Work: Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals.
Reliability: Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift is essential. We count on our team members to maintain consistent schedules and meet production targets.

Required Experience and Education

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant skills and a strong commitment to accuracy and productivity. Prior experience in claims processing, application processing, or similar roles is a plus.
Language Skills: Strong English language proficiency is required, both verbal and written.
