Key Responsibilities
Accurately input engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails.
Read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision.
Complete data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing.
Allocate approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received.
Required Skills
Exceptional typing skills achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications.
Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred.
Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently.
Qualifications
Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
Must have consistent availability on Fridays and Mondays for timely completion of data entry tasks.
Your own computer setup with dual monitors is required for optimal efficiency.
Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred.
