The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic personality and be eager to grow. Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and with a strong team spirit.
POSITION DUTIES
Ā Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports
Ā Assist Back office and Sales team on any inventory/production related inquiries
Ā Assist CFO with reporting requests
Ā Assist Controller with month end closures
Ā Various Data review and consolidation activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ā Educational background in accounting is a plus
Ā 1 year of related experience
Ā Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)
Ā Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
Ā Ability to quickly adapt to change
Ā Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
Ā Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts.
Ā Strong time management abilities
Ā Effective problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
