Job DescriptionIn this role, your main responsibility will be the accurate and timely input of data into various internal platforms and databases. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the data entered is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. Your organizational skills will play a significant role in maintaining smooth workflow, while your ability to manage time effectively will ensure deadlines are consistently met.
This is a remote full-time position, and you will be expected to collaborate effectively with other team members through virtual communication and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in company databases and management systems
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries
Review and correct discrepancies in entered data
Maintain organized records and files of digital documents
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Support the team in data reporting and generating insights
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration
