Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week
Pay: $15-18/hour
Responsibilities:
Ā Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
Ā Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
Ā Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Ā Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Ā Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Requirements:
Ā Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Ā Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Ā Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Ā Great attention to detail
Ā High school degree or equivalent
