Key Responsibilities
Ā Provide administrative support by inputting maintenance schedules into our software systems and generating reports for meetings.
Ā Maintain various documents to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, vendor qualifications, and project closure.
Ā Assist with auditing work orders and training records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Ā Oversee data reporting activities and relay insights to management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Ā Collaborate with Customer Facility Operations to quickly address any issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Ā Maintain effective communication with internal teams and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
Ā Schedule maintenance activities and generate relevant work orders and reports to enhance efficiency.
Ā Provide weekly and monthly metrics on work order utilization to management.
Ā Enter new equipment and task lists into our Facility Maintenance Management System to ensure comprehensive tracking.
Ā Manage data within our SharePoint site to ensure organization and accessibility.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) is essential; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous (training will be provided).
Ā Ability to work independently while remaining accessible during working hours.
Ā Experience in report writing or generating software is a plus.
Qualifications
Ā A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
Ā One year of experience in a critical environment is preferred.
Ā Familiarity with building maintenance practices is advantageous.
Ā Up to 10% travel may be required for training purposes.
