About arenaflex – Shaping the Future of Child & Adult Care
arenaflex is a nationally recognized leader in early childhood and adult care services, operating a network of centers that provide safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for families across the United States. Our mission is to empower communities by delivering high‑quality care, nutrition, and education programs that meet rigorous federal and state standards. As part of a dynamic, fast‑growing organization, you will join a team that values integrity, precision, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters
The Remote Data Entry Compliance Processor I is a critical gatekeeper for arenaflex’s compliance ecosystem. You will ensure that every piece of information related to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and other arenaflex initiatives is accurately captured, thoroughly audited, and reported on time. Your attention to detail directly supports our ability to maintain funding, meet legal obligations, and, most importantly, deliver nutritious meals to the children and adults we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Data Capture & Transfer: Convert scanned documents, handwritten notes, and electronic files into organized Excel spreadsheets, maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Compliance Auditing: Systematically review all CACFP documentation—including attendance logs, meal counts, and eligibility records—against federal, state, and arenaflex policies to identify discrepancies.
State Claims Submission: Prepare and submit state reimbursements and internal compliance reports within tight deadlines, adhering to all prescribed guidelines.
Systematic Data Entry: Input data sourced from state portals and internal web‑based forms, ensuring consistent formatting and correct allocation to the appropriate program codes.
Issue Escalation: Flag potential compliance concerns to senior analysts or program managers, documenting the nature of the issue and suggested corrective actions.
Menu Review & Validation: Examine menus from arenaflex centers for CACFP eligibility, portion sizing, and nutritional standards, providing feedback to culinary teams where necessary.
Continuous Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for streamlining data‑entry workflows, reducing manual entry time, and enhancing audit accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Demonstrated clerical or office experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
Proficiency with a 10‑key numeric keypad and standard office software (Excel, Word, web browsers).
Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay focused in a remote setting.
Self‑motivated attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Haves

Previous exposure to CACFP, child‑care, or adult‑care program documentation.
Experience using compliance management platforms or ERP systems.
Familiarity with federal and state nutrition regulations.
Attention to detail honed through data‑intensive roles such as billing, inventory control, or research assistance.

Core Skills & Competencies for Success

Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into actionable data‑entry steps.
Precision & Accuracy: Commitment to error‑free work, with a systematic approach to double‑checking entries.
Time Management: Skillful at juggling multiple deadlines and delivering high‑quality work under pressure.
Communication: Clear written communication for documenting issues and concise verbal communication for remote collaboration.
Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable navigating web portals, uploading documents, and troubleshooting basic software glitches.
