Salary: USD $58,000.00/Year. Max: USD $64,000.00/Year

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and current customer and account data. Your responsibilities will include processing source documents, verifying patient eligibility, and ensuring the integrity of all data in our systems. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in keeping records reliable and accurate, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Essential Functions and Duties:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Maintain and update customer records and information to ensure accuracy.

Upload documents to SharePoint for easy access and organization.

Review and interpret data from scanned contracts, entering relevant information into internal processing systems.

Scan and upload incoming documents into the system upon receipt, when applicable.

Communicate regularly with team members involved in program processing to ensure smooth workflow.

Collaborate both individually and as a team member to meet department goals.

Act as a professional advocate, creating a positive experience for customers, business associates, vendors, and colleagues.

Treat others with respect and courtesy at all times.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, meeting continuous deadlines and ensuring coordination with all involved parties.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Maintain a high level of alertness, concentration, and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

At least 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably with exposure to data entry or administrative tasks.

Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus.

Comfortable navigating and using office software and technology tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems as needed.
