Monroe Christian School in Jamestown, NC is looking for one remote data entry clerk to join our team. We are located on 2326 Joy Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
Data Entry & Verification
Ā Input and update large volumes of data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Ā Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies.
Ā Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility.
Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance
Ā Organize, manage, and maintain data files to ensure accurate records.
Ā Conduct data cleaning to identify and remove duplicate or outdated entries.
Ā Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting & Documentation
Ā Generate reports or summaries as required by the management or relevant departments.
Ā Document data entry activities and update relevant logs or tracking systems.
Ā Respond to data inquiries and resolve any issues related to data accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication
Ā Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or verify necessary data.
Ā Communicate data-related issues or improvements to team leaders or supervisors.
Ā Participate in training sessions and stay updated with data entry software or system changes.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
Ā Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field is preferred.
Ā Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software.
Ā High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ā Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
Working Conditions:
Ā Remote, work-from-home environment.
Ā Flexible working hours, depending on the project requirements.
Ā Requires a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
