Place outbound customer contacts and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries

Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring all matters are properly documented and escalated when necessary
Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Data Management & Documentation
Update and maintain the customer call database with precision, including refreshing customer support logs and profiles
Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently
Create and update client profiles and account information as needed
Generate documents, reports, and correspondence related to customer service processes
Assist with spreadsheet maintenance, report generation, and data analysis tasks
Administrative Support
Handle filing, document production, and information admission tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Manage overflow administrative work from various departments, including word processing and internet research projects
Process mailings and handle distribution of documents as required
Support management with special projects and ad-hoc administrative assignments
Conduct research and investigation tasks as directed by supervisors
Front Desk & Reception (When Required)
Manage the company's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, vendors, clients, job applicants, and customers
Direct and seat visitors to their designated offices and conference rooms
Alert staff members of visitor arrivals and scheduled appointments
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all in-person interactions
General Office Operations
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Assist with supply inventory checks and maintenance
Complete task assignments as directed by management
