About the Role As a Remote Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare provider contract records. Your primary responsibilities will include scrubbing, researching, and validating data, as well as updating status in our customer systems. You'll be the backbone of our data management operations, working closely with our teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Update status in customer systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions. Research and install healthcare provider contracts, verifying provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading. Retrieve and enter data from various sources, including computer/web-based systems, files, and documents. Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and escalate issues to senior team members as needed. Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and resolve routine and non-routine issues. Monitor email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and accountability. 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen management, and software tool adoption. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Effective communication skills (oral and written) in a professional/office setting. Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment. Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and SOPs.
