Key Responsibilities
Ā Execute and finalize enrichment tasks as specified by the client.
Ā Manage credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications.
Ā Communicate with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications.
Ā Ensure precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines.
Ā Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases.
Ā Provide assistance with additional tasks as required.
Required Skills
Ā Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ā Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities.
Ā Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed).
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role is advantageous.
Ā Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
