Key Responsibilities


Accurate Order Processing: Enter customer orders and transaction details into arenax’s internal systems with precision, ensuring each record reflects the correct product, quantity, pricing, and delivery instructions.
Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries about order status, product specifications, and delivery timelines, providing clear, courteous, and accurate information.
