Job Overview
As a Remote Data Entry and Bundling Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of packaging for Target's owned brands, exclusive organizations, and travel packaging. Your primary responsibilities will include building fundamental information requirements, scientific classification structures, and particular loyalty sane to help packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across all Owned Brand organizations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including obtaining, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant information requirements and adaptable guidelines that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain fundamental information requirements, scientific classification structures, and particular loyalty sane to support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish relevant information requirements and adaptable guidelines
Develop and administer change processes to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner teams
Create and deliver innovative training and communication strategies to drive comprehensive understanding of standards, specifications, and data accuracy best practices
Evaluate information requirements, standards, and specifications to advance protected, solid, and savvy arrangements that adjust to industry norms, improve great designing practices, are consistent with risk resistance assumptions, and keep a pioneer position in industry
Offer support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and enactment of packaging information requirements, standards, and specifications
Communicate with suitable internal regulation and guideline authorities, identifying effects on current information requirements and standards, taking action to moderate risks and recognize chances to shocking acts for compliance
Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective development, compliance, and data accuracy best technique requirements and assumptions
Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in association with technology groups, to measure effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent
Investigate industry trends and survey Target's corresponding information and norms practices, share insights and suggestions with the proper crowd for change and compliance
Provide leadership and guidance to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in team results
Create and maintain a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviors consistent with Target's values of Inclusivity, Association, and Drive; ensure ongoing, effective communications to the team, and support individualized development by offering regular performance feedback, coaching, recognition, and assessment


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

4-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines programs, ideally including packaging design and development
Ability to influence without power, manage projects, work with groups, resolve conflict, build consensus, establish affinity, and collaborate effectively, both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization
Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
Skilled at creating and advising on content, structure, and delivery of effective training platforms, roadshows, and communication
Experience leading teams or projects, driving collaboration, empowerment, and cooperation
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, creative thinking, and technical skills
Related experience with packaging or consumer products manufacturing preferred
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
Flexibility and resilience; open to working in uncertain and rapidly changing conditions
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work, communicate, and lead in a highly collaborative environment
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Visio applications
